Tidatabase (Tobacco Institute Database) is a site made to raise awareness of the dangers of tobacco smoking to our society, especially the youth.

It’s a no-brainer that tobacco is bad for you. But with peer pressure and indirect marketing campaigns of cigarette manufacturing companies, we are still being plagued with this slow, but lethal poison.

The death toll that was caused by tobacco smoking in just the 20th century is more than the World War I and World War II combined. Roughly 1.8 million people die annually with tobacco-related diseases. The sad truth is, this is one of the most preventable cause of death in the world.

For those who just smoke 5-10 cigarettes per day, their life expectancy is lower by 5 years than those who had never smoked before. Imagine what you can do with 5 years.
